I'm Lindsey Y and I'm a sophmore at UNC. Well for starters, one of the reasons why I decided to stay in Colorado is because I absolutely love snowboarding the slopes that the mountains have to offer here. I've been snowboarding since I was 10, so there was no chance that I would leave the mountains behind. I'm an English major with an emphasis in secondary education, along with a film studies minor. Yes, I am a film nerd at heart. I've always loved to write because it's the best way to express my thoughts and feelings to others. Let's see...aside from writing and snowboarding, music is something that has been personal for me. The main reason why these things have been crucial in my life is because all of them allows me to challenge myself physically and mentally. I hope you enjoy my writing.
